Yes, we are pet friendly! We welcome friendly cats and dogs weighing less than 45 pounds. Two pets per apartment maximum. Some breed restrictions apply. Pets must be at least six months old and spayed/neutered. A pet interview is required. There is a non-refundable one-time $150 cat fee and $400 dog fee.
Upon completion of construction activities, a limited number of surface parking spots will be available for an additional monthly fee. Nearby third-party parking options are also available.
95 Lofts strives to be a courteous living environment where all residents are valued and respected, and we ask our residents to be considerate of their neighbors. Harassment, disorderly conduct, illegal activity, and repeated instances of excessive noise will not be tolerated.
95 Lofts evaluates all applicants equally based on verification of adequate income, rental or mortgage history, credit and criminal background. The application fee is $35. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cosigners/guarantors.
Upon acceptance, first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due. We offer standard 12 month lease terms.
